For untold generations, the orc clans of Draenor battled one another in endless war. But when Gul’dan offered them the blood of his demonic masters, the disparate tribes of Mag’har—the orcish word for “uncorrupted”—refused the dark bargain and banded together to drive out the Burning Legion. United under the leadership of Grommash Hellscream, the Mag’har pledged to one day repay Azeroth’s heroes for aiding their cause. As war against the Alliance intensifies, the Horde must call upon the might of the Mag’har to seize victory.

… I think there were a few details left out of this intro.

Too bad one of the original pet classes (locks) can’t be mag’har. I get it, they are “uncorrupted”, but seems like a waste of a racial if not every pet class can actually use it.

Priest just seems like an odd class for orcs to be, let alone mag’har. Can’t really wrap my head around it, especially with the whole Shadowmoon storyline in Draenor turning out like it did.

Open Skies says “Increases mounted speed”…and after we got “flight speed”…hope it can be the first since we can’t fly at the new expansion for some time…or am i seeing this wrong ‘^’ ?

I think the Shadowmoon storyline is actually the reason why it makes sense (at least for me). Orcs, before Legion came, always had a conection to Naaru, great batteries of Light – but not a direct one. Now, we know they had even a direct conection, although with a Void Naaru. With K’ara (that’s the name of that battery, right?) cleansed, and possible Shadowmoon orcs still being able to reach her, I see no reason why orc priests can’t exist.

P. S.: I just want my orc paladin…

If the mag’har heritage armor comes in 2 tints, lightforged should get back the silver/yellow tint for their armor. i’m not even a big fan of the lightforged, but if the mag’har gets 3 colors, why can’t they have 2?

The Mag’har pledged to one day repay Azeroth’s heroes for aiding their cause.

Hmmm… Something’s not quite right.

I really wish they’d be less vague about Mole Machine already. Is it flight master’s whistle, is it another hearthstone, or something else entirely. Maybe the code doesn’t work yet, but at least they can tell us what they want it to do.

Or something like a flight master whistle. Very handy.

Mag’har priests are more “ancestor worship” type priests than “cathedral of Light” priests. Or blood priests, for Bleeding Hollow.

Mole machine reminds me of that old druid glyph that would teleport you to random “natrual” places.

I wan’t Mag’har Shaman! The original idea for the Shaman I have, but decided to go Tauren due to bent back green Orcs. Now we’re getting straight backs and brown skin too, what can be better!

Still… Mage and Priest orcs sound so weird, even green Orc Mages.
