Rockstar Games has announced that the stone hatchet is now available to snap up in Grand Theft Auto Online.
The new weapon is the next chapter in the crime caper’s Red Dead Redemption 2 crossover event, so you’ll be able to get your hands on the weapon when Rockstar’s upcoming Wild West adventure launches this autumn.
As dataminers predicted earlier this week, the stone hatchet is unlocked by completing a new set of bounties handed out by Maude Eccles. Once you’ve done this, the location of the weapon will be unveiled.
After the stone hatchet is in your hands, you can then take on the Kills Challenge for a tidy bonus of GTA$250,000, after which you’ll unlock the weapon in Red Dead 2.
In addition, Rockstar confirmed that you’ll also have another chance to grab the Double-Action Revolver soon, so keep an eye on your iFruit.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is due out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26, and there’s no chance of it being delayed again, according to Take-Two.
