Buying it now. But again, omit the us. and en-us/ parts from the URL to make it auto-adapt to the user’s region and language.

They’re releasing too many paid mounts in BfA… we’ve had 3 so far and 8.1 just started. It’s a subscription based, pay to play game, which already has a price on the expansion itself. I’m all for supporting developers but it’s getting ridiculous.r
r
If only all this money was invested back into the game to provide quality content but it seems to be the general consensus that this expansion has been lacking. The new raid is really good, sure, but the game can’t survive in raids alone.r
r
I know, I know, “if you don’t like it don’t buy it”. I won’t, but that’s not the point. How much revenue do they need to milk from the playerbase in order to maintain the game? I know it’s a gargantuan task but given the sorry state the game is ATM, I can’t help but feel cheated.r
r
I also know cosmetics aren’t necessary to enjoy the game and sure they probably aren’t or at least it’s not necessary to get every single item, the point is, do they really need to sell 3 mounts for a single patch on top of the subscription and the expansion price?r
r
It’s a little too much. This is not a free to play game that gets revenue from microtransactions. This is a full price, subscription based AAA game. The fact that they have the audacity to sell yet another mount says a lot about how they’re not really listening to us.

Its a little sad that they put the most unique models into the Shop, however this one is way too amazing to pass, I will probably buy it down the road.

Basically they make them because they sell good and are cheap to create.

r
This is a stupid argument, they are listening to US, because the US in this case is buying these mounts up, especially the US that this is intended for, ie the chinese US. Blizzard wouldn’t be putting extra effort into creating unique mounts like these if they didn’t sell, and as long as they sell because there are people who think it is worth the price they will continue to be made.r
r
And if you are gonna argue that people shouldn’t be throwing money at something you do not consider worth it, I think complaining while playing videogames when the whole concept of items solely for luxury, minimal difference but way costlier brand items and eating for the sake of taste exists is one of the most pointless things to do. You are essentially drawing the line where things go too far while maintaining a luxury machine, spending time on a luxury form of entertainment, using a luxury service to connect to it, but no paying for a luxury feature inside of the luxury entertainment, on a luxury device reached through a luxury service is going too far.

And the ship, which technically doesn’t count as a store mount but it was a way to hook up people into buying 6 month subs in bulk, in terms of immediate revenue it’s the same thing as selling it.
