Megan Fox Slams Hollywood And Opens Up About Being A Working Mom

Actress Megan Fox is best known as a Hollywood star — but she’s also a mom to three sweet little kids, and she has a lot to say about Hollywood and being a mom.

In an interview with E! News, Megan opened up about being a film star and a mom, and slammed Hollywood and the movie business while she was at it. The star admitted that she thinks Hollywood is “morally bankrupt,” and said she feels as though she’s not being looked after most of the time.

“As long as you survive filming and they’ve gotten what they need from you they don’t really care if you drop dead afterwards,” she said. “It doesn’t matter if you break an arm or you break a leg… There’s no regard for your safety or your physical well-being at all because it doesn’t matter because you are a means to an end.”

Megan’s take on Hollywood is definitely important to hear — and it’s such a departure from the glitz and glamour that we usually associate with Tinseltown.

As for being a mom, Megan admitted that it isn’t easy — but she’s totally not a fan of being asked how she balances motherhood and her work.

“I’ve had three kids and still managed to star in a billion-dollar franchise… But I’m not making six movies a year, no, because I feel obligated — if I’m gonna have all of these kids, I need to actually parent them myself.”

Lots of working mothers struggle with the same thing as Megan, and plenty of famous moms have been the subject of criticism for hiring people to raise their kids while they work, instead of doing it themselves.

Megan definitely proved how down-to-earth she is when it comes to understanding her job and raising her kids — and it sounds like her babies are really lucky to have her as a parent.
