Vision of Perfection is a specialization-specific Essence added in Patch 8.2.
Each Essence has two components – a Major and a Minor Power, which both activate when you put the Essence into the major Heart of Azeroth ring.
Major Vision of Perfection Power
Rank #1: Vision of Perfection – Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate for 25% of its base duration.
Rank #2: Vision of Perfection – Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate for 45% 35% of its base duration.
Rank #3: Vision of Perfection – Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate for 45% 35% of its base duration. When the Vision of Perfection activates, you and up to 2 other nearby allies gain 0 Haste for 10 sec.
Healing cooldowns (Divine Hymn, Healing Tide Totem, Revival, Tranquility) have a chance to cause an immediate burst of their healing effects and don’t come with a reduced cooldown.
Minor Vision of Perfection Power
Reduces the cooldown of a spec-specific spell by 13.0%.
