If you are throwing a party this year for St. Patrick’s Day you know how important it is to have a great St. Patrick’s Day Punch to share with all of your guests!  We love mixing together some of our favorite drinks to create a cool, refreshing green punch that will be a hit that is asked for year round!

St Patrick's Day Punch

St. Patrick’s Day Punch

Ingredients:

  • ½ Gallon Container Lime Sherbet
  • 1 2 Liter Lemon Lime Soda
  • 1 2 Liter Ginger Ale
  • 1 Frozen Concentrate Limeade Mix
  • 2-3 Limes (optional)
  • 2-3 Drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
  • Green Sugar Sprinkles (optional)

To make this punch, star with a large punch bowl. Pour together your lemon lime soda and ginger ale as well your frozen limede concentrate. If you want a dark green color, you can add 2-3 drops of food coloring now.

Next, scoop in your sherbet mixing just slighly so that it says in clumps to float and keep your punch cool.

If you’d like to decorate the rims of your glasses, slice a lime and run the lime along the rim of your glass. Dip each glass rim into green sugar sprinkles for garnish.

This punch is great to share at a party in decorative cups with the green sugar sprinkle around rim for an extra decoration.  The sherbet will continue to melt and may be stirred occasionally for better blending but will remain cold enough to keep the punch chilled without ice and give a “float” flavor to the punch when it is served.
