Dont read the summary on this page either… It essentially says exactly what they said.

I mean the moment when they showed Azshara in the raid preview you can see Titan chains and architecture in front of her so the prison is probably in her palace

NO your right… SHE is keeping him locked up! And right before she goes down, she unleashes him in hopes that we’ll go down with her… 😮
Also his prison is supposed to be underwater, and Nazjatar is as underwater as things can get.

I would guess Wednesday to put the attention on Crucible Normal earlier this week first.

So.. how does this have anything to do with reconciling Sylvanasu2019 actions, or fixing the azerite bleeding of the world, or…r
r
Thereu2019s so many separate storylines here and I donu2019t exactly have the highest faith in Blizzu2019s writing abilities. Are they going to say that Sylvanas was coerced by Nu2019Zoth this whole time? But thereu2019s been zero evidence of that. I fear theyu2019re just going to get right down to the last minute and write something crazy in order to just u201cget it done.u201d

It might just mean that Azshara thought she could handle us alone being a very arrogant character and full of herself.
But when she realise that we’re wining against her , she decide to free N’zoth as a last resort to save herself.

Its clearly the most logical and obvious way this story arc could go, but It would be rly underwhelming especially when Blizzard said explicitly that there would be “unexpected twist”.

Azshara is not a servant of the Old Gods, and she believes she does not need their help to fight against us.
Azshara is convinced of her might when she attacks us, but we show her she’s wrong by attacking the heart of her kingdom.
Those two citation doesnt imply at all that she is enemy with Nzoth ,on the contrary this does imply that she could have seek the Old Gods help but she didnt because of his ego.
And the fact that she doesnt consider herself a servant of the Old Gods is purely logical and totaly make sense with her personality , like we saw in her warbringer she consider herself above everyone and she prefers death over servitude.

One of the bosses is literally called Herald of N’zoth, they’re obviously still allied. But she’s arrogant and thinks she can handle everything on her own, until she can’t.

I always love Taliesin and Evitel. They manage to hit the sweet spot between criticism and praise imo.

Blizzard will need a hell of a plot twist for this to be interesting. Otherwise it will be no surprise for everyone and their mother who guessed Nu2019Zoth or Sylvannas since the beginning of the expansion.

What I’d like, and expect from her, is for Azshara to either be draining N’zoth’s power/harnessing it in some way or simply doing nothing to free him so she doesn’t have to answer to him. Then, as the fight goes on and we start to win, she gets desperate and decides to release him so she can escape while we deal with the aftermath.

from the looks of things sylvanas sends us right into azshara’s trap, because an old god dagger that serves n’zoth told her to do so, which makes me think n’zoth might need our help in freeing him, after all we are the opener.
